Preloading Images with image_url

Automatically load an image into the Design Assistant by passing an image_url parameter in the URL. This allows users to skip the manual upload step and jump straight into the design process.

How It Works

Append the image_url parameter to the Palazzo URL with a publicly accessible image URL: 
https://app.palazzo.ai/?image_url=https://example.com/room-image.jpg
https://[your_instance].palazzo.ai/?image_url=https://example.com/room-image.jpg
Replace [your_instance] with the name of your instance.

Requirements

  • The image URL must be publicly accessible
  • Max file size: 10MB
  • Supported formats: JPG, PNG, or WEBP
  • High-resolution images are recommended for best results

Preselecting Products with sku

Automatically pre-select a product in the Design Assistant by passing a SKU as a query parameter. This allows users to start with a specific product already selected.

Append the sku parameter to the Palazzo URL with a single product SKU:

Requirements

  • SKU must match a product available in your product catalog
  • Invalid or non-existent SKUs will be ignored
  • Product must be active and available for selection
